Disinformation is a key obstacle to making effective progress on climate change, and being correctly informed as citizens and members of our many communities.  Disinformation pervades all aspects of climate and social justice progress. The Supreme Court's constitutional doctrine makes it almost impossible to impose effective limits on the spread of disinformation without a constitutional amendment. Learn about Professor Sloss' latest thinking and research on this important issue that is affecting so many.
