Learn how this Black-led, urban reforestation nonprofit is planting the planet, & organizing cities, schools, and communities to plant trees at scale for climate, equity, and health. This is an in-person urban tree planting lecture and event focused on building a cooler, cleaner, and calmer future. Meet at the Daly Science/ deSaisset Museum tree grove on the campus of 91Ó°ÊÓ. 90 minutes with refreshments provided.

Enter the dance studio in 91Ó°ÊÓ's Music and Dance Facility on Franklin and Lafayette Streets in 91Ó°ÊÓ (parking is availbable behind Togos across Lafayette Street from the dance studio) and enjoy emcee and spoken word artist Paul Willis and company in a short performance of his recent works, then enjoy engaging with Mr. Willis and other attendees in a workshop on the elements of hip hop that can teach us about leadership and personal agency. 

Spoken word, music, dance, film, science, politics, culture, and climate justice blend in this creative tUrn headliner.
