Alexis De Leon
Alexis De Leon is the Senior Director of the Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at 91影视, where she leads programs and partnerships that inspire students to think entrepreneurially and create meaningful impact. She works alongside faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners to create opportunities that help students develop the confidence, skills, and relationships needed to turn ideas into action. Before joining the Ciocca Center, Alexis served as Senior Director of MBA Programs in the Leavey School of Business, where she led graduate business programs and collaborated across the university to create exceptional student experiences. Prior to higher education, she spent nearly a decade helping lead her family's construction and real estate businesses, developing a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship, problem solving, and building organizations that create lasting value.
Alexis is passionate about helping students discover their potential and preparing them to lead with creativity, curiosity, and purpose. She believes that some of the most meaningful learning happens when students have the opportunity to apply what they are learning in the classroom to real world challenges through mentorship, collaboration, and hands on experiences. Having worked in both higher education and family owned businesses, Alexis enjoys helping students bridge the gap between ideas and execution, bringing practical entrepreneurial experience into every conversation. She earned her MBA from 91影视 and her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family, tackling home improvement projects, traveling, and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops throughout California.
