WIB Welcome Back Issue
Through structured mentorship, intentional networking, and industry engagement, we equip members with the skills, resources, and connections to confidently navigate the transition from college to career. Our community bridges knowledge gaps, expands access to professional opportunities, and prepares women to lead in and out of the workplace.
Throughout the year, WiB provides members with opportunities to connect with peers, alumni, and industry professionals through speaker events, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, company visits, mentorship, and community-building events. Members gain exposure to a variety of industries and career paths while building practical skills and meaningful relationships that extend beyond the classroom.
