Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Gaby believes that therapy is a collaborative, compassionate space where individuals can safely explore life's challenges while discovering their inner resilience. Gaby views therapy not as "fixing" what's broken, but as walking alongside you to help you better understand each chapter of the book that makes up you.

Gaby graduated with her Bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Applied Psychology, leading her into this work. Prior to Gaby's clinical training here at 91影视, she worked with children in school settings to help establish social emotional learning as a part of daily life. Gaby has also collaborated with community agencies in her role as a Trained Navigator for the former SCC BeWellLine. These experiences significantly shaped Gaby's commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered care with a sprinkle of fun and sense of never-ending wonder.

In Gaby's clinical work, she draws from Positive Psychology and Resilience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Restorative Justice frameworks. She strives to tailor her approach to fit each unique identity and help nurture a positive sense of self in her clients.

When Gaby is not in the therapy room, you can usually find her playing soccer, cooking like she has Remy on her head, or playing with her dog.
