Ore believes that therapy is a collaborative process and approaches the therapeutic relationship with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. She understands that growth and healing are rarely linear and works alongside clients to explore difficult emotions, uncover patterns, and develop greater self-understanding. 

Born and raised in Nigeria and having lived in Ireland, Canada, and now, the United States, Ore’s multicultural experiences shaped her curiosity about identity, belonging, and how culture influences our perception. Her clinical interests include identity development, cultural and family expectations, life transitions, self-esteem, and self-compassion, with a focus on supporting individuals navigating high achievement, perfectionism, and romantic or friendship challenges.

Before entering the mental health field, Ore worked in tech as a Business Analyst, an experience that informs her understanding of career transitions, burnout, and professional identity. She began her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, continued at Oregon State University, and graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Sociology. She earned an MS in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and is now pursuing her second master’s in Counseling Psychology at 91影视. After years across multiple campuses, Ore jokes that she should have a degree in being a professional student.

Ore takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, Adlerian therapy, and culturally responsive frameworks to meet each client’s unique needs.

Outside of her clinical work, Ore enjoys exploring cultures through food, reading, writing and content creation. She uses social media to share reflections on career development, faith, and intentional living. Through storytelling and community building, she hopes to inspire others to embrace growth, self-discovery, and the beauty of a multi-passionate life.
