Kristine’s approach to psychotherapy emphasizes collaboration and attunement while supporting clients as they navigate challenging emotions and experiences. She draws from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, internal family systems, and solution-focused approaches, while also incorporating mindfulness practices and art therapy-based techniques.

Kristine’s clinical interests include relationship conflict, anxiety, disordered eating, perfectionism, identity development and exploration, and substance use challenges.. She has a special interest and experience in hormonal and women’s health challenges, navigating neurodivergence, and mental health in sports. Kristine believes the therapeutic relationship is integral to the success of therapy and strives to create an inclusive, nonjudgmental, and safe space for clients to process life’s challenges.

Kristine is in her final year of 91影视’s Counseling Psychology master’s program, with an emphasis in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Outside of CAPS, she works as an educational support specialist for neurodivergent students and is passionate about educational advocacy. In her free time, Kristine enjoys being outdoors, spending time at home with her cat, staying active, and playing volleyball. She also enjoys creative hobbies such as painting, baking, knitting, sewing, and gardening, and loves integrating creativity into her work with clients.
