Donut Dayrit, M.A., M.S. is a doctoral candidate pursuing her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at the PAU-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium in Palo Alto, CA. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College Columbia University, New York, NY and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Donut has provided therapy to individuals, groups, and couples from diverse backgrounds across university, community mental health, and medical center settings. Her clinical interests include supporting underrepresented and specialized student populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, international students, and student-athletes. She is also passionate about working with anxiety, ADHD, and identity exploration and development. She approaches clinical work with warmth, empathy, and cultural humility, committing to an affirming and compassionate space where students feel deeply seen and understood. Drawing from psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative, and emotion-focused modalities, Donut helps clients cultivate self-compassion, build resilience, and navigate life through the lens of their unique identities. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys running, watching movies, and playing video games.
